- On checkout step 2, you will see your email tied to your VIP loyalty points (click returning guest login and set your new password or reset your password). Automatically, once you make your purchase, our system will track your VIP loyalty points.
- Earning Points: For every $1 you spend with us, you earn 10 loyalty points. It’s our way of saying thank you for being a loyal customer.
- Point Value: Each point is worth $0.005. This means that accumulating 200 points gives you $1 to spend on your next order.
- Redeeming Points: Points can be redeemed on new orders as part of our commitment to customer retention. Please note that points earned do not apply as a discount on the original order but are used to save on future purchases.
- Following your checkout on step 2, you will see your total rewards to be claimed on your order.
Earning Opportunities:
- General Purchases: Earn 10 points for every $1 spent.
- First Order Bonus: Place your first order and receive a one-time bonus of 600 points.
- Product Reviews: Share your feedback with a product review and earn 1000 points.
- Referral Program: Earn 3 points for every $1 spent by someone you refer to us. Plus, get a bonus when your referee places their first order (ID: 4503).
