Consume the least amount necessary to achieve the desired effect. Suggest 5 drops, sublingual (under tongue) for 60 seconds, then swallow. Wait 30-45 minutes and repeat, if necessary. Topical Pain Cream
Wash hands. Apply a small amount to affected area and massage into skin. Re-apply every 4-6 hours as needed. Do not use on broken or damaged skin.
