WHAT IS CBD?

CBD is a molecule found in the Hemp Plant. It is a Phytocannabinoid—Phyto means “Plant.” There are 113 known Cannabinoids or Phytocannabinoids in the Hemp Plant.

According to a report from the WHO (World Health Organization), “In humans, Cannabidiol exhibits no effects indicative of any abuse or dependence potential…to date, there is no evidence of public health-related problems associated with the use of pure Cannabidiol.”

CBD is “non-psychoactive.” It will not cause the user to experience a “high”—no chemically induced euphoria. CBD is found in the Hemp Plant. Hemp with THC levels of <0.3%, is recognized by the 2018 Farm Bill Act as a FEDERALLY LEGAL cash crop in the United States.
